OWNERS of XL Bullys are still able to let their dogs “run free” at a park with a 6ft-high fence.
But they have to fork out £10 an hour to exercise their huge mutts at the secure site without a muzzle or lead.

Since strict new laws came in last month, Drumgley Dog Park, near Forfar, is one of the few remaining places offering “exclusive use” for the breed.
But they must have a designated handler and can’t mix with dogs from other households.
Gill Brown, 44, who runs the site, said: “I’ve had a lot of XL Bully owners getting in touch.
“They are looking for a place where their dogs can play — and they also get peace from other members of the public.
“With our insurance policy we had to agree new rules specifically for them.”
Jen Clark, 55, takes her Bullys Buddy and Ivy to the two-acre park.
She said: “It gives them a bit of freedom.
“They can play, chase the ball and carry a stick.”
