The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially declared the exam schedule for the upcoming Police Constable Recruitment. The re-examination for UP Police 2024 is set to take place in August, as per the recent notice issued by the board. Candidates anticipating the UP Police Re-Exam 2024 dates are advised to intensify their preparation efforts. The re-examination for UP Police Bharti 2024 is slated for August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 and will be conducted across various locations in the state. With an estimated 5 lakh candidates expected to appear in each shift, the exam will be held in two shifts to accommodate the large number of applicants. The gap in the exam dates has been strategically planned to coincide with the Janmashtami festival, ensuring a smooth and convenient examination process for all candidates.

UP Police 2024 Exam Cancelled Due to Paper Leaks

The UP Police 2024 exam, initially scheduled for February 17 and 18, faced an unfortunate cancellation following paper leaks. This decision was swiftly implemented by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the exam’s integrity. In response to this incident, the Chief Minister has mandated the re-conduct of the Police Bharti 2024 exam within six months to uphold transparency and ensure fair evaluation procedures. He reiterated a firm stance on preserving the sanctity of examinations, indicating zero tolerance for any compromises.

With a staggering number of over 48 lakh aspirants, including around 16 lakh women, participating in the recruitment exam, the scale of the situation is evident. The exam took place across 2,835 examination centers spanning all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
