But sometimes, this team almost gets too unselfish — Bridget Carleton had a seemingly easy-ish path to the basket (even if not a bucket, she could’ve drawn a foul) and she kicked it out to Courtney Williams behind the 3-point line. It’s certainly not a bad play, but with how much the Minnesota coaches have urged Carleton to be more aggressive in hunting her shot this season, they probably want her to be taking those looks early.
