The blazes are burning near MJ’s infamous ranch in Santa Barbara County – and pictures of the terrifying scene show the iconic gates surrounded by flames.

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said the fire is moving at a dangerously high speed.

Firefighters are racing toward Lake Fire to put out the flames, which are now spanning over 12,227 acres.

The Santa Barbara County Fire Department has evacuated the Zaca Lake Resort as the fire grows.

SBC Fire has sent 10 air tankers and three helicopters to help contain the fires, they reported on X.

A smoke plume from the fire can be seen throughout the county.

Evacuation orders have been issued for Figueroa Mountain Road from the Forest Station to Chamberlin Ranch.

People in areas north of Zaca Creek Road, east of Foxen Canyon Road, and South of the Sisquoc River are also asked to evacuate the area.

Michael Jackson’s former property is located at 5225 Figueroa Mountain Road.

The Neverland Ranch, which was renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch in 2015, is located on the edge of the Los Padres National Forest.

From 1988 to 2005, the property was the home and private amusement park of the legendary singer.
