Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: design
While the design of both phones is subjective, the Infinix GT 20 Pro offers a more unique look, while the POCO X6 Pro has a more classic body. The Infinix GT 20 Pro has a triple-camera setup alongside an RGB light ring housed in a square island at the top-left corner of the rear panel. On the other hand, the POCO X6 Pro also has a triple-camera setup in a rectangular island at the top of the back panel.
The Inifinix GT 20 Pro is available in three shades: Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver. The POCO X6 Pro is available in black, yellow, and gray.
Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: display
While both devices offer an AMOELD panel, the Infinix GT 20 Pro features an FHD+ 144Hz display, compared to the POCO X6 Pro’s 1.5K 120Hz screen. The GT 20 Pro will offer a smoother experience while gaming, while the X6 Pro will deliver a better viewing experience.
However, few apps can fully utilise the 144Hz refresh rate, so getting a better resolution over the higher refresh rate makes more sense. The difference between both smartphones’ peak brightness is slim, and you should get a similar viewing experience on either of the devices when using them in sunny conditions.
Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: performance
The POCO X6 Pro comes with a more powerful SoC at the helm than the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra is more dominant than the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate. However, that doesn’t mean that the Infinix GT 20 Pro won’t be able to do all the tasks that POCO X6 Pro would. You expect slightly better performance from the POCO X6 Pro than the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
While both devices offer up to 12GB RAM, the POCO X6 Pro offers more and better storage options than the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: cameras
The Infinix GT 20 Pro has a better primary shooter (108MP vs 64MP) and selfie snapper (32MP vs 16MP) than the POCO X6 Pro. However, the POCO X6 Pro has a better secondary camera (8MP vs 2MP).
We have yet to test the Infinix GT 20 Pro’s camera performance, but for a gaming-focused smartphone, the POCO X6 Pro can take satisfying pictures, and images are sharp even in low-light conditions. Check out our POCO X6 Pro review to learn more about its camera performance.
Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: battery and charging
While both devices pack a 5,000mAh battery under the hood, the POCO X6 Pro supports faster charging speed compared to the Infinix GT 20 Pro. POCO claims that the X6 Pro can fully refuel from 0 percent to 100 percent with just 45 minutes of charge.
While Infinix doesn’t make any such claims, you can expect a similar charging time for the GT 20 Pro as the X6 Pro, as the difference between 67W and 45W isn’t that big.
Infinix GT 20 Pro vs POCO X6 Pro: software
Both devices run on Android 14 out of the box with a custom skin on top. The Infinix GT 20 Pro offers XOS, and the company promises a clutter-free experience with three years of security patches and two major Android updates. Verdict
Both phones are a great pick if you want a decent gaming-focused phone without putting a hole in your pocket. However, based on the hardware specifications of both devices, the POCO X6 Pro offers more value than the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
