Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have reportedly been dating since a couple of years, but though they have never spoken about it, their social media is full of each other’s pics and romantic posts.Not many know that Zaheer is the son of a close friend of Salman’s which is why the entire Khan family is quite close to him. Last year, Arpita Khan Sharma, sister of Salman Khan, appeared to confirm the dating rumors surrounding Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal when she referred to Sonakshi as “bhabhi” (sister-in-law) in an Instagram Story. However, the post has since been removed from her account. Interestingly, Arpita also shared photos from Huma Qureshi’s Eid party showing Zaheer and Sonakshi together, with Zaheer’s arm around Sonakshi’s shoulder, sparking viral speculation on social media.
Earlier, Sonakshi Sinha intrigued netizens with an Instagram post featuring a mystery man and a diamond ring, hinting at a significant event in her life. Speculation arose about her engagement to Zaheer Iqbal, but it later emerged as a promotional tactic for her nail brand.
Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding festivities will reportedly begin on June 22 at their family home in Juhu. While the wedding will take place in the morning of June 23, the reception will be held in the evening.
Now as per the latest by News18, Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding won’t be an intimate affair; it will see some of the biggest names in Bollywood, who will come to bless and celebrate the couple on their special day.
The report stated that besides the Sinhas and the Ratansis, many of Sonakshi and Zaheer’s close friends and peers will attend the ceremony. The couple has extended invitations to Aayush Sharma, Huma Qureshi, and Varun Sharma, with whom they share a deep friendship.
The guest list also includes names from ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’. The report also revealed that during the shoot and promotional activities, Sonakshi developed a good bond with her co-stars and some crew members. As a result, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Fardeen Khan, Taha Shah Badussha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal Mehta, and others have also been sent wedding invitations.
