SHOCKING footage shows a violent brawl break out between a man and a famed porn star as his petrified girlfriend clutches onto him begging him to stop.

Alex Marín, 37, known as Mexico’s King Midas of Porn, was shopping with his girlfriend Caroline on Monday when a man hurled abuse at him.

Footage shows the couple leaving a retailer with their eyes glued to the floor as a man shouts “Get a real job!” in the city of Guadalajara.

Alex said that he took the comment as an insult to his chosen profession and the clip suddenly cuts to a heated brawl.

The adult star knocks his rival to the ground before repeatedly striking his head as dozens of passerby watch on.

Caroline tugged at Alex’s arms in a bid to hold him back but the offended porn star continued to square up to the man, who is believed to be a fan.

The man then picks up his rucksack and pelts Alex with an unspecified item and the two throw punches at each other.

He then falls to the ground as Alex tackles him and puts his hands on his neck as bemused spectators walk past.

It’s not known whether either man suffered from any injuries but Alex later admitted his reaction was inappropriate.

But the self-proclaimed King of Midas stressed that he would never tolerate insults aimed at him or his work.

Alex posted on Facebook the next day: “This has never happened to me during my entire career with a fan.”

He also vowed to cover the costs of a smashed shop window at the shopping centre where the fight first broke out.

The angered adult star said he hired a lawyer to launch legal proceedings against the man.

Alex added: “I have spoken to my lawyer and they will look for this person and file a complaint because it is not right to attack people.”

He revealed he even got his eye checked out at hospital because he accidentally hit it himself during the intense row and claimed he was left with visible bruises on his hand, forehead and back.

Earlier this year, the porn star made headlines when he disclosed he had seven doting partners waiting for him at home every night.

He boasted: “Why did I decide to have seven? For Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.”

Shortly after the announcement, his wife of 12 years Mía Marín, left him after starring in many adult productions with him.

At the time, the controversial star said he was on a mission to make up the numbers again.
