- Display: The Vivo T3x 5G is expected to sport a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter.
- Processor: The handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC paired with Adreno GPU for graphics.
