During a conversation with Curly Tales, Kajol disclosed her ambitious plans for a two-month honeymoon, expecting Ajay Devgn to indulge her desires. “If you really want to get married to me then you’ll give me that honeymoon. He was like ‘Ok baby’,” revealed Kajol during the interaction.
However, things took an unexpected turn when Ajay, plagued by homesickness, cut their honeymoon short after just 40 days. Kajol recounted how Ajay, fatigued and longing for home, expressed his desire to return, leading to an early end to their romantic getaway. “He was so homesick by the end of it. After 40 days he was like ‘I am tired, I have fever.’ He got home SICK! So I was like, ‘Ok, we can go back now,’” she added.
Despite this humorous anecdote, the couple has built a strong foundation over the years and is now proud parents to two children, Nysa and Yug.
Shifting gears to their professional endeavors, Kajol is gearing up for her upcoming film ‘Maharagni – Queen of Queens,’ in which she reunites with Prabhu Deva after nearly three decades since their collaboration in ‘Minsaara Kanavu’ (1997). Directed by CharanTej Uppalapati, the action-packed thriller promises to showcase Kajol’s prowess in a dynamic role, supported by a stellar cast including Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha Menon, Jisshu Sengupta, and Aditya Seal.
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn continues to impress audiences with his diverse filmography. While his last outing was in ‘Maidaan,’ Ajay has an exciting lineup of projects in the pipeline, including ‘De De Pyaar De 2,’ ‘Raid 2,’ and ‘Son of Sardar 2.’ Additionally, he recently wrapped up the shoot for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’ and is set to commence filming for ‘De De Pyaar De 2,’ alongside Rakul Preet Singh, Anil Kapoor, and R Madhavan.
