The Great Indian Kapil Show has marked its return on Netflix last week with a new season and the first episode welcomed the cast of Jigra, including leading actress Alia Bhatt. Now the next one will see the arrival of Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan as their release Devara: Part 1 is slated for release this week. The film is special for our Bollywood actors who will be making their big Bollywood venture with this Kortala Siva directorial. They were seen using the comedy chat show as a platform to share their memorable experiences while shooting the film.

During the same, Jr NTR was quick to comment on the hospitality of Janhvi Kapoor and accused the latter of not treating him with Mumbai delicacies when he arrived in the city to promote their film. According to reports, Jr NTR revealed that when Janhvi was in Hyderabad shooting for the entertainer, he would send food to her. He said, “Jab yeh Hyderabad mein shooting kar rahe the, maine do baar achha khana bheja. Yahan aaye huye mujhe ek din ho gaya, ek tukda bhi nahin aaya. Inke haath ka chhodo, hotel ka delivery bhi nahin aaya (When she was in Hyderabad shooting, I sent food for her, twice. It’s been a day since I have arrived here, she hasn’t seen even a little bit. Forget something she has prepared; I haven’t received any hotel delivery from her either).” It seems that the comment left everyone, including Janhvi in splits!
Speaking about the film, Devara: Part 1 marks the return of Jr NTR as the solo male lead on the big screens after six years. The actor also discussed sharing screen space with Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan for the first time and was also all praises for the Bollywood stars. Apart from the trio, the film also stars Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, among others.
Meanwhile, the action entertainer set against the backdrop of the sea, is said to be releasing in two parts with the first part hitting cinemas on September 27 simultaneously in multiple languages including Telugu and Hindi.
