BRITS are set to say goodbye to the thunderstorms and heavy rain this weekend.
With temperatures predicted to hit a minimum of 20C, we can’t think of a better time to go on a last-minute staycation by the seaside.
The Met Office revealed it’s set to hit the high teens and early 20s for much of the south during this week.
Meanwhile, temperatures are set to rise to a balmy 23C in London and the south on Saturday and Sunday.
A Met Office spokesperson said: “In the places that stay dry, the sunny temperatures will be a little above average – generally on the warm side in the sunshine.”
That said, the balmy weather won’t last long, as there will be more chance of thunder early next week.
The best deals come from some of Brits’ favourite holiday park companies, including Haven, Parkdean Resorts and Airbnb.
The properties we’ve spotted should be suitable for groups of different sizes, as most can sleep four to eight people.
Destinations include Norfolk, Isle of Wight, Kent, Cornwall and more.
The biggest bargain we’ve spotted comes from Haven, with four-night breaks costing from £59 per stay at Cleethorpes Beach, Lincolnshire.
The caravan accommodation can sleep up to four people, so you could bag a stay from £4pp a night.
