The Court of Appeal in Abuja has affirmed Philip Shaibu as the deputy governor of Edo State. The leadership of the Edo chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday announced the expulsion of former deputy governor Philip Shaibu, from the party.
