• UR: 30%
• OBC/EWS: 25%
• All other categories (SC, ST, ESM): 20%

Normalization of Marks and Bonus Marks
The marks scored in the CBT have been normalized. These normalized scores, along with bonus marks for NCC certificate holders, have determined the final merit and cut-off marks for shortlisting candidates for PST/PET. The bonus marks provisionally granted to candidates with NCC certificates are as follows:
NCC ‘C’ Certificate: 5% of the maximum marks (8 marks)
NCC ‘B’ Certificate: 3% of the maximum marks (4.8 marks)
