Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 2: The Tushar Hiranandani-directed movie did rather well at the domestic box office. On the first day of its release, Srikanth made nearly Rs 2.25 crore in India, according to Sacnilk.com. The first Saturday collection for Rajkummar Rao‘s film was Rs 4 crore. The film is based on the life of visually handicapped industrialist Srikanth Bolla. The film chronicles his life’s hardships, shows how he created an empire and provides possibilities for work to those with disabilities. Rajkummar Rao plays the visually impaired industrialist. Alaya F, Jyotika, and Sharad Kelkar play important parts in Srikanth.
As per Sacnilk’s claim, Srikanth made a whopping Rs 4 crore on Day 2, which is double what he earned on Friday. In this case, it can be claimed that considering the first weekend of release, Rajkummar Rao’s film is doing quite well at the box office. Furthermore, the movie will certainly do well on Sunday.
Rajkummar Rao has shown his acting prowess in only two days as the film has received critical acclaim from Friday to Saturday thanks to the enthusiastic crowds. With two days gone, Srikanth has made Rs 6.25 crore at the box office. Srikanth had an overall 20.25% Hindi Occupancy on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Enthusiastic moviegoers occupied about 11.84% of the theatre seats early in the morning. With 20.45% of the seats occupied, the movie maintained its hold and saw an increase in occupancy. Twenty-five percent of the 494 concerts in Mumbai were fully booked. With 795 shows, the occupancy rate in Delhi and NCR was 18%.
Srikanth vs 12th Fail Box Office Reports
The box office receipts for Srikanth have exceeded those of Vikrant Massey’s smash blockbuster 12th Fail. These two biographical movies have inspirational backstories. Despite average occupancy, Rajkummar Rao’s film minted Rs 2.25 crore at the box office. 12th Fail, on the other hand, made Rs 1.10 crore at the box office on the first day of its release.
Srikanth has had a good start at the box office compared to other recent releases, such as Dibaker Banerjee’s LSD2 and Vidya Balan and Pratik Gandhi’s Do Aur Do Pyaar.
