RIYADH: A 69 years old Chinese pilgrim had a second chance at life when he received the world’s smallest and most advanced wireless pacemaker at Makkah’s King Abdullah Medical City.

The medical team decided to implant the device using the latest technology available after the patient presented with severe dizziness as a result of heart arrhythmia.
