His first marriage was to Richa Sharma in 1987, who sadly passed away from a brain tumor in 1996. He then married Riya Pillai, an air hostess and model in 1998 but they parted ways in 2008. That same year he found love again with Maanayata Dutt, whose real name is Dilnawaz Sheikh in a beautiful ceremony in Goa.

While the Jawan star isn’t actually marrying for the fourth time, a viral video showed Sanjay Dutt taking pheras with his wife, Maanayata Dutt. In the clip, Sanjay looked dapper in a saffron kurta and pyjama, complemented by a towel while Maanayata opted for a simple white attire. The pheras were part of a special pooja at their newly renovated home in Mumbai. Maanayata even shared a snapshot of the ceremony on her Instagram Story showcasing the couple sitting together in a moment of devotion.

Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata have been married since 2008. They welcomed their twins Shahraan and Iqra in 2010. The actor’s family has been settled in Dubai before the lockdown was imposed back in 2020. Maanyata Dutt has been nothing less than supportive of her husband Sanjay Dutt, she never gave up her hope even during the toughest time when Mr Dutt was serving his time in jail and battling lung cancer in 2020.
