Sanam Teri Kasam’s sequel, starring Harshvardhan Rane, has officially been announced. The filmmakers are looking for a director to oversee the production since the movie makes its comeback on the big screens.
Sanam Teri Kasam 2: Actor Harshvardhan Rane has been locked in for the sequel of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam.’ He will play the lead in the film’s second instalment, which will be re-released in theatres in October. Even though the leading actor has been finalized, the film’s director has not yet been decided. Sharing the news on Instagram stories, Harshvardhan Rane wrote, “…the wonderful producer of STK part 1 @deepakmukut sir announced #SanamTeriKasm2 today.” The actor is known for his performances in films like Haseen Dillruba, Taish, and Dange, among others.

About Harshvardhan Rane’s ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’
The tale of a hardened ex-convict named Inder and a conventional librarian named Saru is narrated in Sanam Teri Kasam. The awkward librarian seeks help from her brooding neighbour Inder after being disowned by her family. Even as Inder and Saru fall in love and get married, they’re hit by tragedy. The 2016 film was directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru. The film also starred Pakistani actor Mawra Hocane opposite Harshvardhan Rane.
Despite being a box office failure upon its premiere in 2016, Sanam Teri Kasam gradually gained popularity on streaming services thanks to its catchy tunes and precise love story.
