Samsung Galaxy S24 series prices
Samsung Galaxy S24 starts from USD 799 (approx Rs 66,450) while the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra cost USD 999 (approx Rs 83,000) and USD 1,299 (approx Rs 1,08,000), respectively, in the US. Galaxy S24 debuts Samsung AI
The Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra phones introduce Galaxy AI, a new mobile AI experience from Samsung that brings a suite of AI features, such as Live Translate, which is a two-way real-time voice and text translation of phone calls. Chat Assist works for messages and other apps to help perfect conversational tones. Other Galaxy AI features include Note Assist in Samsung Notes and Transcript Assist to transcribe recordings.

- The Ultra model comes in a new Titanium build with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ also get Gorilla Glass Victus but in an Aluminum frame.
- Galaxy S24 Ultra colours: Titanium Gray, Titanium Black, Titanium Violet and Titanium Yellow.
- Galaxy S24 and S24+ colours: Onyx Black, Marble Gray, Cobalt Violet and Amber Yellow.

- Display: Galaxy S24 Ultra features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It’s also an Always On Display.
- Processor: Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
- RAM and storage: The Galaxy S24 Ultra packs 12GB of RAM with up to 1TB of storage.
- Cameras: The flagship’s camera system includes a 200MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, Super Quad Pixel autofocus, OIS, and Super Clear Lens. The rear camera system also includes a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, there’s a 12MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture and Dual Pixel autofocus.
- Battery, charging: The Ultra model packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired, 15W wireless charging support, and Wireless PowerShare as well.
- Software: On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 14-based One UI 6.1. Samsung promises up to 7 years of software updates and 7 years of security patches for the first time.
- Other features: It comes with a USB-C port, USB 3.2 Gen 1, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and UWB.

- Display: The mid-tier Galaxy S24+ gets the same display as the Ultra model but with a smaller 6.7-inch screen. The vanilla Galaxy S24 has a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: Unlike the S24 Ultra which gets the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Galaxy S24 and S24+ will be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset in India.
- RAM and storage: The Galaxy S24 comes with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage whereas the Galaxy S24+ gets up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
- Cameras: It’s the same 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, Dual Pixel autofocus and OIS on the Galaxy S24 and S24+. Up front, there’s a 12MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture and Dual Pixel autofocus.
- Battery, charging: The Galaxy S24 packs a 4,000mAh battery while the Galaxy S24+ gets a 4,900mAh cell. Both phones support 25W wired, 15W wireless charging support, and Wireless PowerShare.
- Other features: The Galaxy S24 and S24+ feature a USB-C port, USB 3.2 Gen 1, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6e, NFC, IP68 rating and UWB. The vanilla model, however, misses out on the UWB.
