NCP Leader Baba Siddique who passed away shared a close bond with Bollywood celebrities. His son Zeeshan Siddique spoke his heart out about his bonding with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Zeeshan called Shah Rukh Khan his father’s ‘friend and referred to Salman Khan as ‘more than a family friend’.
In a recent conversation with The Lallantop, Zeeshan said that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are their family friends. He also added saying, ‘Salman bhai is more than a family friend. He is like family. Shah Rukh sir is also a family friend, he has been Papa’s friend, but Salman Khan bhai and Papa were childhood friends. Salman bhai is very close’. Zeeshan revealed how Salman who is quite close to the family keeps checking on them. He also said that Salman talks to him every one or two days. He also revealed that they never discussed the death threats Khan has been receiving from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. Zeeshan said that Salman has been father’s friend and is more like a Chacha (Uncle).’
Zeeshan also clarified on why he refers Salman as bhai and he said that it is because of his persona as he said that calling chacha would be awkward. He said that he treats Salman as an uncle. Zeeshan said that Salman has been keeping a constant check on their family and had been having sleepless nights told in an interview with BBC Hindi. He said, ‘Salman bhai…woh bhi bahut upset hue iss cheez se. Pitaji aur Salman bhai sage bhai jaise close the. Aur pitaji ke jaane ke baad bhi bhai ne bahut support diya hai. Humesha check karte hai mere pe raat ko. Yeh woh…neend nahi aati hai…baat karte hai’.
