Salman Khan House Firing Case: Arrested Accused Claims He Joined Lawrence Bishnoi’s Gang After Following Account Run By Gangster On Instagram
Haripal Hardeep Singh, known as Hari, is one of the arrested individuals in the Salman Khan firing case. He revealed that he has been a member of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang for the past four years. Hari communicated with Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol, in Canada and Rohit Godhara, after joining an Instagram group called “sopuprajasthangolden09.” This group had 378 followers and 148 posts, many of which featured photos of Bishnoi gang members.
Hari maintained his own Instagram account, “harry_rai_sopu_haryana,” which had 431 followers and 260 posts. Among these posts was a video recording with another arrested accused in the Salman Khan case, Rafiq Mohammad, also known as Golden. In this video, the conversation implied a readiness for revenge, stating, “If someone kills our one, we have the power to hit back and kill ten; whether we kill today or tomorrow, time is very powerful, it will come” (in Hindi).
The chargesheet in the case detailed Hari’s activities, including making video call reels with the gang members, which included Lawrence Bishnoi. It also revealed that many Instagram profiles under the title “Sopu Group 29” (Student Organization of Punjab University) are operated by Lawrence Bishnoi.
These revelations highlight the gang’s use of social media to communicate and coordinate their activities, adding a digital dimension to their criminal operations.
