Ingredients
Chicken breast, chopped into pieces
Olive oil
Parmesan
Lemon juice
Lemon zest
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Lemon pepper
Italian seasoning
Harissa
Fresh parsley
Garlic bulb
Chilli flakes
Light mayo
Method
Start by marinating chicken by thoroughly coating it in olive oil, parmesan, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, harissa and fresh parsley.
Then, slice the top off a garlic head and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and Italian seasoning.
Wrap it in aluminium foil, and put it and the chicken in the oven at 205 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. You can also put it in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
When the chicken is done cooking, make the sauce. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, parsley, light mayo, the roasted garlic, and juice from the chicken. Brush the sauce all over the chicken, and enjoy.
