Pavithra Gowda, one of the prime accused in the murder of a fan of Kannada actor Darshan, is just a co-star of the actor and not his wife reveals lawyer – READ HERE:
Renukaswamy Murder Case: Darshan Thoogudeepa and Pavithra Gowda are the primary suspects in Renukaswamy’s purported murder. In a recent interview, the Kannada actor’s attorney refuted rumours that Pavithra is his second wife or partner, despite the two allegedly dating for ten years. According to attorney Anil Babu, they are ‘just friends.’
In an interview with India Today, Anil turned down rumours and claimed that Pavithra was only a ‘co-star and friend’ and that Vijayalakshmi was Darshan’s married wife. “Pavithra Gowda being the second wife, that is utterly false. She is just a friend. They used to be co-stars and now they have a friendly relationship, nothing else. The only wife (of Darshan) is the first wife, Vijayalakshmi. No second marriage happened at any point of time, ” he said.
Anil Babu further clarified that no documentation exists to verify that Pavithra Gowda is Darshan’s spouse. Nothing demonstrates that she is the Kannada actor’s wife; if they had been married, there ought to be some paperwork.
Darshan Thoogudeepa And Pavithra Gowda’s Relationship
As you may remember, Vijayalaxmi took exception with a social media post commemorating Pavithra Gowda’s ten years of ‘relationship’ with the actor, accusing her of ‘destroying’ her family. Renukaswamy had favoured Vijayalaxmi and sent disparaging texts to Pavithra Gowda, which purportedly set off a series of events that resulted in his murder, however, the actor’s admirers were split over their support for either of the two ladies.
Police records state that Renuka Swamy, who passed away, made derogatory remarks on Pavithra Gowda’s social media page. He charged her with creating a gap between his wife and Darshan Thoogudeepa. Renuka Swamy is accused of harassing Pavithra and using offensive words. These exchanges are being looked into as possible murderous motivations.
Vinay V, Nagaraju R, Laxman M, Pradosh S, Pawan K, Deepak Kumar M, Nandish, Nikhil Nayak, Karthik, Keshava Murthy, Ravi, Jagadish alias Jagga, and Anu Kumar are the other people detained in addition to Darshan and Pavithra.
Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara refuted the reports that Darshan and his colleagues were receiving ‘royal treatment’ at the police station where they were being kept following their arrest in connection with the murder case on Friday. The inquiry is ongoing as additional information about this startling occurrence becomes available, illuminating the murky underbelly of local fandom and celebrity culture.
