Apart from the SSC CGL application form 2024, the SSC has also published the information booklet on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
SSC CGL 2024 Registration Latest News: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Tuesday started the registration for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL 2024) for filling 17,727 vacancies in Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts across all Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India, as well as other governmental organizations. Apart from the SSC CGL application form 2024, the SSC has also published the information booklet on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
“All the candidates who wish to apply in response to this Notice and have not generated their One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new website (https://ssc.gov.in) will be required to do so as the earlier OTR generated on the old website (https://ssc.nic.in) will not be functional for the new website,” the commission informed.
As per the official notification, candidates need to finish the SSC CGL registration 2024 and the deadline for completing the application form at the official website is July 24. SSC CGL tier 1 exam 2024 is currently set for September-October 2024, with tier 2 in December.
SSC CGL 2024: Check Registration Fee
The candidates need to pay Rs 100 as a registration fee. And other applicants from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) are exempted from paying the fee.
SSC CGL 2024: Check Age limit
The age limit depends as per the post of the candidates. Candidates must meet the age limit as of August 1, 2024. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC and ST applicants, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (unreserved), 13 years for PwBD (OBC), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), and 3 years for ex-Servicemen (ESM) after deducting military service provided from the actual age as of the closing date.
