The actor, who had been shooting in Thailand for an upcoming film, reportedly cut his schedule short and rushed back to New Delhi.

In a heartfelt statement, Rajpal Yadav paid tribute to his late father, describing him as his pillar of strength and energy. The actor expressed his profound sadness at the loss and stated that his father had always been his guiding light. He wrote, “Saathiyon, aaj humari energy, humari shakti, humare jeevan ke yodha, humare pujya pita, aaj nahin hai hum logon ke beech me shaaririk roop se. Lekin unka aashirwad aur unse li hui jeevan me prerna, woh sadaa humare sath hi hai. I love you all. Aap sab ke aashirwad ke liye bahut, bahut dhanyawaad.”
Rajpal Yadav Receiving Death Threats
This tragic loss for the actor comes just weeks after he received death threats. The actor received threatening messages from an individual from Pakistan. The threats, which were sent to various celebrities, including Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav and Remo D’Souza, caused nationwide fright. The individual, identified as ‘Bishnu’, threatened to harm the celebrities and their families.
In a statement, Rajpal Yadav said, “I have already informed the police and cybercrime department about these threats. I trust the authorities will take appropriate action. I would prefer not to comment further on this issue at the moment.”
