Raj has chosen the Eletre in a distinctive Galloway Green, though the SUV is also available in Stellar Black, Dusty Storm, Solar Yellow, and Kaimu Grey.
Raj Kundra is now a proud owner of a brand new Lotus Eletre electric SUV.
With this, he has become the first person in Bollywood to purchase this SUV, which was launched in the Indian market last year. An Instagram handle @carcrazy.india has released a video of Raj’s new luxury ride.
Talking about the vehicle, the Eletre SUV is available in three models i.e. Eletre, Eletre S and Eletre R. The Eletre and Eletre S come with a 603 bhp and 710 Nm dual-motor system, with a maximum range of 600km. While the Eletre R features a 905 bhp, 985 Nm dual-motor setup coupled with a 2-speed transmission and with a maximum range of 490km. However, the variant that Raj Kundra purchased is not specific.
As for its appearance, the vehicle features a sharp-looking front fascia with a split headlamp setup and a large lower air dam. However, the SUV’s back boasts a sleek LED strip that runs the width of the car, along with curved air outlets behind the rear fenders for improved aerodynamics.
The roof, on the other hand, features a three-stage deployable split spoiler composed of carbon fiber.
Talking about the car’s interiors, it is equipped with a 15.1-inch landscape-oriented touchscreen infotainment system that folds flat when not being used. Also, just like the roof, the dashboard of this electric SUV also splits, with ambient lighting running across its width.
Apart from this, the dashboard includes strips on either side that display driver information. Most controls can be activated via voice commands or touchscreen, supplemented by toggle switches for certain functions.
Additional features include wireless charging, four-zone climate control, 12-way adjustable front seats, a 15-speaker Dolby Atmos, a KEF premium sound system, soft-close doors, ADAS features based on Lidar technology as standard and configurable ambient lighting.
Colour and Pricing:
Raj Kundra opted for a Galloway Green shade for his new luxurious SUV. The car is also available in Stellar Black, Dusty Storm, Solar Yellow and Kaimu Grey colour options in India.
The pricing for the Lotus Eletre electric SUV in India begins at Rs 2.55 crore (ex-showroom) for the base price. However, the Eletre S and Eletre R costs Rs 2.75 crore and 2.99 crore respectively.
