Overnight oats are the ultimate breakfast hack that can make mornings easier.
We’ve all been there, you’d rather sleep in than wake up 30 minutes earlier to make yourself something for breakfast, and more often than not, you end up leaving home with an empty stomach.
Fortunately, with overnight oats, all the preparation can be done the night before, leaving you with a perfectly yummy breakfast to start your day.
While overnight oats have been gaining popularity over the past few years, variations of the classic plain oats have been emerging.
With Emily Angle’s Cherry Bakewell overnight oats, you get what tastes like dessert, but is a nutritious breakfast packed with fibre.
Sharing her recipe with BBC Goodfood, Emily’s recipe requires no cooking time, very little preparation time and no cleanup.
