Orlando Pirates midfielder wanted by clubs in Morocco and Spain

Orlando Pirates‘ creative midfielder Kabelo Dlamini is a wanted man in Spain and Morocco.

The 28-year-old has impressed two Spanish clubs, according to Soccer Laduma. Dlamini appears to have impressed during his time in Spain where the Buccaneers played the likes of Sevilla during pre-season.

“There have been several clubs which have been monitoring his progress and after the interest from Morocco there is interest from Spain, a source told Soccer Laduma.

Orlando Pirates star could move to Spain

“There are actually two clubs which made contact and inquired through the technical team while in Spain. It’s believed that they even wanted him to stay behind after the camp but at the moment that’s not possible because of visa issues and other logistics as well. So, they will see what happens when they return back. But the interest is there,” the publication added.

Despite interest from Spain, the Orlando Pirates midfielder is also wanted in Morocco. Dlamini’s former coaches Josef Zinnbauer and Fadlu Davids are reportedly looking to bring him to Raja Casablanca.

Last season, Dlamini played 24 matches for the Buccaneers in all competitions scoring five times. The 28-year-old won five trophies with the team during his five-year stay. During their tour to Spain, Orlando Pirates played three matches where they impressed.
