OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite India launch
OnePlus is hosting an event on June 18th at 7 PM to launch its latest smartphone in India. A microsite for this upcoming OnePlus smartphone is live on the company’s official website and Amazon, revealing the launch date and time of the device. It’s likely that the company will release the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite at this event. The device is tipped to retail under Rs 20,000 in India.

Thanks to a previous leak, we have a rough idea of what the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite will pack under the hood.
- Display: The OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G will flaunt a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. When compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite, you get a bigger 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz display.
- Chipset: The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G will draw power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. At the heart of the Nord CE3 Lite 5G is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, making the Nord CE4 Lite more powerful than its predecessor
- Rear cameras: It will feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 16MP macro lens. The Nord CE3 Lite comes with a 108MP primary camera, meaning the Nord CE4 Lite is a downgrade compared to the predecessor in the camera department. However, other sensors of the Nord CE3 Lite include a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens.
- OS: The OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G will run on Android 14 out of the box, and the company might offer at least two Android OS updates and three years of security patches.
- Battery: A 5,500mAh battery will keep the lights on. The OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Meaning, the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G should offer slightly better battery life than its predecessor.

If the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite indeed launches in India for under Rs 20,000, it will compete with the Realme Narzo 70 Pro, Tecno POVA 6 Pro, and POCO X6 available in that price range.
