Ahead of the OnePlus Nord 4’s July 16th launch, an alleged promotional poster of the phone has leaked. We can see the Nord 4 design including its two-tone finish and the various colour combinations that could be available at launch. Here’s everything we gather from the leaked image:
OnePlus Nord 4 design, finish, colours (leaked)
OnePlus Club (not affiliated with OnePlus Inc.) has leaked this Nord 4 promo image through X.com. This leak reveals different design aspects of the upcoming phone:
- As another recent leak suggested, this poster also shows a two-tone finish on the back of the device. One may liken it to the good old Pixel 1, 2, and 3 series design.
- However, the squared-off edges, the dual rear camera arrangement and the overall aesthetic give it a unique look.
- The device could perhaps have a mostly metal build with just the top portion around the rear cameras made of glass. The metallic body is referred to in the post shared by OnePlus Club and also teased by OnePlus.
- The fully silver variant seems to have some pattern on its bottom portion. The other two colours are mint and black with brushed metal finish on the bottom portion. All of their top portion from the dual-tone finish is darker compared to the bottom portion.
- The alert slider is on the left side. The other buttons are on the right side.
- On its head, we can see a mic, an IR blaster, and a secondary speaker.
That’s about its design.
Compared to the Nord 3, the Nord 4 could bring a more powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, a bigger 5500mAh battery with faster 100W wired charging, upgraded connectivity options like Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. Even if the display could still be a 6.74-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED panel, it could be brighter at 2,150 nits peak luminance. In the camera department, OnePlus seems to have ditched the 2MP macro module and stuck with only the 50MP+8MP duo. We are expecting the phone to ship with Android 14 and 3 years of OS upgrades. Let’s see.
