The Bulls have received a timely boost with the return of a fit-again Kurt-Lee Arendse for the URC final against Glasgow Warriors at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
The Bulls have confirmed the selection of Arendse on the left wing for Saturday’s final after missing the semi-finals due to a fractured facial bone he suffered in the quarter-finals a fortnight ago.
The untimely injury forced Arendse undergo emergency surgery, but the World Cup-winning outside back has been passed fit to play in the final in Pretoria.
Arendse’s return is one of two changes to the Bulls’ starting lineup for the final, as Springbok ace Willie le Roux will miss the game due to HIA protocols, after suffering a concussion in the second half of the semi-final win against Leinster.
Le Roux’s place at fullback is taken by Devon Williams, who shifts to the No 15 jersey after an excellent performance on the wing in the semi-finals.
