A Democratic governor is being mocked after he posted a Christmas message featuring him dancing.

On Sunday, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) shared a message aimed at the Hispanic community in his state, in which he was seen emphatically dancing to the song “Feliz Navidad.”

The video did not receive good reviews on X:

The account End Wokeness wrote, “WARNING: This might be one of the most disturbing videos you have ever seen. Colorado Gov. Polis (D) just put out this Christmas message.”

“He came up with this idea, asked a room full of people if they thought it was a good idea, and then people filmed him doing it, and at no point did anyone stop and say this was beyond cringe,” RedStated editor Brandon Morse wrote.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) quipped, “I miss Saturday Night Live.”

“Oh, Colorado. I’m so sorry,” said conservative writer Buzz Patterson.

Radio host Andrew Wilkow suggested, “Fire who ever let you post this.”

In response to the video going viral and getting roasted, Polis wrote on X, formerly Twitter, “Wow! My now-Platinum cover of José Feliciano’s 1970 famous hit has gone viral! 2.4 million views and growing… you just can’t quit me!”
