History and nature programs at LSP
Nature programs continue at Liberty State Park with the Hike to Caven Point on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 10 a.m. to noon. Hikers will explore the urban and natural shoreline of the Upper NY Bay and unique features of Caven Point Beach. The group will meet in Lot #1 located at 300 Morris Pesin Drive, Jersey City, and then walk over to the beach area. There is over a mile and a half of walking involved. Visitors should bring binoculars if possible. All ages are welcome.
