Tina Dabi and her sister Ria Dabi have become nothing short of celebrities since both aced the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) and became renowned IAS officers. But did you know that apart from Dabi sisters, there are other sister duos who have achieved the same feat. Let us take a look at some of the pairs of sisters who have topped UPSC exams and are currently serving as IAS officers in various parts of the country.

Tina Dabi and Ria Dabi

Perhaps the most famous and celebrated pair of sisters to have cracked the UPSC CSE, Tina Dabi and her younger sister, Ria Dabi, have become famous internet personalities in India.

While Tina was the first to ace the tough exam, emerging as the topper in the UPSC CSE 2016, securing the coveted All India Rank (AIR) 1, her younger sibling, Ria cleared UPSC in 2020, securing an impressive 15th AIR. Both Tina and Ria cracked the UPSC CSE in their first attempt.

Ankita Jain and Vaishali Jain

Ankita Jain and her sister Vaishali Jain achieved the feat in 2020, when both sisters cleared the UPSC CSE in the same year. Ankita and Vaishali, natives of Agra in Uttar Pradesh, put a splendid performance, achieving the 3rd and 21st ranks in the exam, respectively. Both are currently serving as IAS officers.

Anamika Meena and Anjali Meena

Anamika Meena and Anjali Meena cracked UPSC CSE in 2019, achieving 116th and 494th rank in the country’s toughest examination. Both Anamika and Anjali are serving as IAS officers today. Notably, their father, Rameshchand Meena, is also an IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.
