North Korea fires unidentified missile off east coast, South Korea military says

SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korea fired an unidentified missile off its east coast on Thursday, South Korea’s military said.

Japan’s Coast Guard also said the projectile, believed to be a ballistic missile fired from North Korea, had already fallen.

North Korea last fired a missile on July 1, but has been sending balloons carrying trash across the border into the south over the last few days.
