Nordstrom Rack is set to open its fifth location in Tennessee next fall. Located in Franklin, the new store opening sees the Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom strengthen its presence in the state.
“We look forward to being a part of the Franklin community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack stores, in a statement. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the region and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”
The new 24,000-square-foot store will open in Cools Springs Market, a key shopping center and offer all of the retailer’s shopping services, including online order pick-up from Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom.
Following the opening of the new Nordstrom Rack store in fall 2024, Nordstrom will operate a total of our Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Tennessee, generating nearly 500 jobs statewide.
As the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc, the chain is an integral part of the company’s Closer to You strategy which aims on offering its customers a more seamless and convenient shopping experience across its physical and digital stores. The company currently operates a total of 359 Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack stores across the country.
