Marvel‘s new comics this week keep the vampiric Blood Hunt raging on. Wolverine continues to take on hordes of the undead in Thomas Waltz and Juan Jose Ryp’s Wolverine: Blood Hunt #2. As Logan deals with an army of vampires, he gets a little help from some friends. This includes Louise, the vampire-hunting vampire of the Nightguard. Together, Logan and Louise tear their way to the leader of these vamps, and it is quite a shock who that leader is. However, as the two inch closer to their enemy, can Louise tamp down her vampire nature long enough to save the day? Or will she succumb and cause even more bloody problems?
Elsewhere, Dracula seeks out Blade’s daughter, Bloodline, to demand a sacrifice: a devil’s bargain of the soul. Luckily, Bloodline has an ace up her sleeve in dealing with demons and getting out of demonic deals. That ace is none other than Matt Murdock, AKA Daredevil. However, does the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen stand a chance against an entire city of bloodthirsty vampires in an eternal night? That is the question Danny Lore and Vincenzo Carratu will answer in this week’s Dracula: Blood Hunt #2.
Meanwhile, Cheryl Lynn Eaton and Farid Karami’s Black Panther: Blood Hunt #2 brings mythology, monsters, and mankind together. T’Challa is now a vampire, which causes some trust issues. While out on a mission as either agent or double agent of the vampire leader, the Black Panther receives a warning. Bast warns T’Challa of the true nature of his enemy, the wrath of the Gods, and the danger of bringing his new bloodlust to Wakanda. Oh, and an old feud is about to reignite between T’Challa and a familiar foe.

Other new comics this week bring Venom from Insomniac Game’s Spider-Man 2 into the Venomverse. Christos Gage takes Venom on an inaugural trek across the Venomverse to take on Knull in Venomverse: Reborn #1. Meanwhile, David Michelinie and Gerardo Sandoval’s Venom: Separation Anxiety #2 bring a new enemy to Venom’s doorstep. The issue sees Zebediah Killgrave, AKA The Purple Man, tearing Eddie Brock’s life apart. Using his reality-warping powers, Killgrave brings Venom to the edge of death. However, the Fantastic Four may have a way to stop this madness.
