Troubles for top Bigg Boss contestants
Some days back, the cops had raided the Sabalan Restaurant in Bhendi Bazaar for using hookahs filled with tobacco. It seems Munawar Faruqui was also there. He was questioned by the cops on whether he smoked hookah that had tobacco in it. He is not the only one who is facing legal scrutiny. Legal troubles have mounted for the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 Elvish Yadav. It seems the cops have sent his phone for forensic analysis as they reportedly suspect that some data could have been deleted from the same.
Munawar Faruqui’s brush with the legal system
Munawar Faruqui had spent more than a month in Indore’s central jail in 2021 for hurting the sentiments of the Hindu community. It was alleged that his comedy was disrespectful of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. His personal life has also made news. On Bigg Boss 17, it was revealed that he allegedly two-timed Nazila with Ayesha Khan. She also said that he began to see Nazila before getting a formal divorce from his first wife. He has a son.
