Moto G85’s price in India has been leaked out accidentally via a Flipkart Google page listing ahead of the phone’s launch tomorrow i.e. July 10th. Based on the listing, the phone’s 12GB RAM variant could start under Rs 20,000. Let’s check out the leaked Moto G85 India price and other details we know about the phone so far.
Moto G85 leaked India price details
Gizmochina spotted Flipkart’s listing of Moto G85 on Google search. The listing disclosed the pricing for the phone’s 12+256GB model at Rs 18,999. The price has an asterisk next to it which suggests this could be an introductory offer or an effective pricing with some bank offer.
The price of the 8+128GB model isn’t out yet. We will be having the actual pricing details by this time tomorrow. The Moto G85 is coming earlier than its predecessor. To recall, the Moto G84 started at Rs 19,999 in India.
Moto G85 India launch time, availability
Moto G85 is launching in India tomorrow, i.e., July 10th at 12 PM. The phone will be selling through Flipkart among other outlets.
The phone is already available in China and globally and the brand has been teasing the key features through the Flipkart microsite and its social handles.
Moto G85 specifications (expected)
- Display: On the front, there could be a 6.67-inch pOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1600 nits brightness, SGS eye protection, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage, 10-bit colour support, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The Moto G84 had a smaller display that was less bright and lacked any Gorilla Glass shield.
- Processor: Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC with Adreno 619 GPU. This one has a 5 percent faster clock speed than the Snapdragon 695 inside the Moto G84.
- Memory: You can pick it in up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. There is up to 24GB RAM Boost feature too.
- Cameras: On the back, there could be a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a depth camera. The selfies are handled by a 32MP front camera which has double the resolution compared to the Moto G84’s 16MP selfie snapper.
- Software: It could boot nearly stock Android 14-based My UX.
- Battery: Inside it carries a 5,000mAh battery with 33W turbocharging. The charging speed (on paper) is slightly better than what is present on Moto G85’s Chinese variant and Moto G84.
- Miscellaneous: The phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and IP54 dust and water resistance.
