After a long term of BJD in Odisha, a tribal leader is all set to be the new Chief Minister of the state with Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida to be the Deputy Chief Ministers.
Aged 53 years, BJP chief whip in Odisha Assembly Mohan Charan Majhi won the Assembly poll from the Keonjhar seat defeating his nearest rival Mina Majhi of BJD by 11,577 votes.
