If you are looking to host over the weekend, whether for the upcoming Super Bowl Sunday or a casual hang, Meghan Markle’s favourite “trifecta snack” is the perfect dish to make for your pals.
The Duchess of Sussex is a healthy-eating fein who used to run a recipe blog before joining the British Royal Family. The Suits actress shared that her go-to snack is a simple three ingredient meal that could be defined as a “girl dinner.”
All you need to do to eat like a Royal is to grab some crackers and carrots to dip in hummus, the latter of which is ideally homemade.
“This sounds so simple, but truly, it satisfies so many senses—the savory taste, the textural crunch, the unctuousness of the hummus,” she said.
Other popular snacks to put out for Super Bowl Sunday range from buffalo cauliflower with ranch dip to chips and guacamole or Italian subs.
