A new list shows that the number of very rich Indians has increased. There are now 1,539 people in India who have more than Rs. 1,000 crores. This is 220 more people than last year. One of the new additions to the list is Shah Rukh Khan, a famous actor. He is worth about Rs. 7,300 crores, making him the richest person in India in the entertainment business.
However, Juhi Chawla, Shah Rukh Khan’s friend and former co-star, is also very wealthy. She is worth about Rs. 4,600 crores, making her the richest actress in India and one of the wealthiest women in the world.
How Did She Become India’s Richest Actress?
Back in the ’90s, Juhi Chawla proved her mettle in movies. She was one of the top-performing actresses on screen. Over her three-decade career, Juhi has delivered several superhit films, including Yes Boss, Jhankaar Beats, Salaam-E-Ishq, and others.
