Kanwal Cheema began her education in Pakistan before attending the American and British School in Riyadh, where she studied from second to eighth grade. During an interview, a Pakistani reporter noted the striking resemblance between Kanwal Cheema and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai, mentioning that both her voice and appearance evoke comparisons. However, Kanwal chose not to engage with this question, firmly declining to comment.
