Sai Pallavi opens on facing a burnout over hectic schedule
No points for guessing as it is the Sita of Ramayana, Sai Pallavi. The diva has been the talk of the town of late as her film Amaran has performed very well. It has only received good reviews from all corners. The actress was on her toes promoting the film. In one of her interviews, she shared the experience of working on Nani’s film Shyam Singha Roy. The film released in the year 2021 that it was a box office hit. However, Sai Pallavi shared that she would cry everyday on the sets as she simply wanted a break.
In an interview with entertainment news site Galatta Plus, Sai Pallavi revealed that while shooting Shyam Singha Roy, she would be just happy when the shoot used to finish for the day. She explained that most of the scene were shot at night and she is not quite fond of night shoots. She revealed that she is someone who cannot sleep in the day and that led to a challenge. This went on for almost 30 days. She was simultaneously working on other projects too and that led to a burnout. She had an emotional breakdown once on sets. She was quoted saying, “I remember crying at one point and thinking to myself, ‘I want to act in films, but I just wish I could get one day off’. I never told anyone about it, but my younger sister saw me crying and went straight to the producer, saying, ‘She is crying, and she just wants one day off’.”
Sai Pallavi was surprised by director Venkat Boyanapalli’s move as he then granted her a leave of 10 days and asked her to return whenever she was ready.
