Maserati unveils second-generation GranTurismo: Check price, design, and more

An all-electric version, the GranTurismo Folgore, is expected to launch in India in 2025.

Both the Modena and Trofeo variants are powered by a 3.0-litre V6 twin-turbo petrol engine, though they differ in performance. The Modena delivers 490 hp and 600 Nm of torque, achieving a 0-100 kmph sprint in 3.9 seconds. The Trofeo, with its enhanced engine, produces 550 hp and 650 Nm, reducing the 0-100 kmph time to just 3.5 seconds. Both models feature an all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration as standard.

The new GranTurismo features a striking design, featuring a bold front with vertical headlamps incorporating L-shaped LED Daytime Running Lamps. It retains Maserati’s iconic grille, prominently displaying the brand’s emblem. The rear of the vehicle is distinguished by quad exhaust outlets and sleek LED tail lights.

Inside, both models are equipped with a 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch central infotainment screen, and an 8.8-inch touchscreen for various controls. The interior has been upgraded to replace physical buttons with touch-based controls, and the traditional analog clock has been replaced by a digital display. The infotainment system now includes a head-up display option and a high-quality Sonus faber audio system.

Moreover, the new car showcases 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloy wheels on both variants. The Trofeo trim stands out with a sportier appearance, including a more aggressive front design, unique alloy wheels, carbon-fibre accents, and premium upholstery. In contrast, the Modena offers a more classic and understated look.
