A MAN has been arrested amid a major probe after the death of a young mum.
The body of Brodie MacGregor, 23, was discovered in a flat on Elmvale Street in Springburn, Glasgow on Monday.

This evening, police have arrested a 52-year-old man over her death.
Emergency crews rushed to the property after the alarm was raised around 10.15am on Monday.
But Brodie could not be saved and she was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
On Tuesday, forensics scoured the scene for clues.
Specialist officers in white overalls carried evidence bags and camera equipment to and from the scene.
CID also went door-to-door speaking to locals in the residential area.
Following the arrest officers are continuing with their enquiries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 52-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman in Glasgow.

“Around 10.15am on Monday, 26 August, 2024, officers were called to a property in Elmvale Street, Glasgow.
“Brodie MacGregor, 23, was found within and pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing.”
Residents have reported not being allowed back into their homes due to forensics in the close.
Earlier today, locals told of their shock after hearing about Brodie’s death.
Speaking to The Scottish Sun, one resident said: “She was a lovely lassie. Very quiet.”
“I would chat to her when we were both walking our dogs.”
