Malaika Arora has reacted to her breakup rumours with Arjun Kapoor after skipping his midnight birthday celebration.
Arjun Kapoor threw a birthday celebration for his family and close friends at his house. Several celebrities, including new father Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Maheep Kapoor, were seen attending the event, but Arjun’s purported ex, Malaika Arora, was not there. Their breakup has long been the talk of the town, and Malaika’s non-attendance at the ‘2 States‘ actor’s birthday celebration seemed to confirm the rumours. Despite this, Malaika remains a firm believer in true love.
In an interview with Hello Magazine, Malaika Arora spoke about her idea of love. “I’ll never give up on the idea of true love, no matter what. I’m a typical Scorpio that way, so I’ll fight for love till the very end, but I’m also very realistic and know where to draw the line.”
Just recently the actor dropped a special post on social media advocating having trustworthy people in life. She posted, “I like people that I can trust with my eyes closed and my back turned.”
Earlier Malaika’s management refuted the rumours in an interview with India Today. The ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ star management addressed their breakup rumours and said, “No no, all rumors.” According to reports, Malaika and Arjun began dating in 2018. The duo made their romance public on Instagram in 2019. They have openly declared their affection for one another on social media. However, Malaika and Arjun are still silent even as breakup rumours have intensified.
