The official release date for the upcoming live-action Lilo & Stitch has been revealed!

Disney‘s new adaptation of the animated feature was previously said to be out in summer 2025 and we now have an exact date.

The last update on the movie we got was a first look at what Stitch will look like, which was unveiled at Disney’s D23 Fan Expo back in August.

Lilo & Stitch will be hitting theaters on Friday, May 23, 2025!

Newcomer Maia Kealoha is starring as Lilo, with Sydney Augudong as her sister Nani, Kaipo Dudoit as David, plus Billy Magnussen, and original Lilo & Stitch voice actors Jason Scott Lee, Tia Carrere and Amy Hill also in the cast.

Earlier this year, Maia made her red carpet debut and met up with another Disney star, Auli’i Cravalho!
