The luxury car maker has confirmed that the issue will be sorted out soon, and the booking will be kickstarted as soon as possible.
If you are planning to purchase Lexus’ one of the tech-loaded models LM 350h, you might end up having trouble in reserving the vehicle as the company has stopped the booking for the same.
As per the details shared by the brand, customers will not be able to book the vehicle, starting from today onwards (September 21). While confirming the news, the brand said, the inconvenience occurred due to the ongoing supply challenges, and to cater to the current pending orders.

Official Statement
The company has also released an official statement that reads, ” Lexus India is humbled by the overwhelming response received from our guests for the Lexus LM 350h, and we sincerely thank all our guests for their strong support. However, owing to the ongoing supply challenges, and to cater to the current pending orders, we deeply regret to announce the temporary halt of bookings of LM 350h, with effect from 21st September 2024.”
In addition, Lexus India said, “We are doing our best to resume the LM 350h bookings at the earliest, providing our guests with world-class products thereby strengthening our relationship and continuing our legacy of innovation and excellence.”
Price and Trims
Meanwhile, the hybrid electric minivan Lexus LM 350h has been introduced in India at a starting price of around Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom). It has been offered in two variants, featuring the 7-seater VIP and the 4-seater Ultra Luxury configuration.
