In a recent interview, Kiara Advani revealed about the plan of whether she and her husband Sidharth Malhotra will work on another film.
Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra are not just an adorable couple off-screen, they also deliver stellar performances when paired together. The duo collaborated in the 2021 war drama Shershaah and fans couldn’t stop gushing over it. In a recent interview, Kiara shared insights about the love they received for Shershaah and disclosed her intentions to collaborate with Sidharth again on screen.
Kiara, who is currently in France to attend the 77th edition of the Cannes 2024 Film Festival, had an interesting conversation with Film Companion during which she discussed working with her husband, Sidharth Malhotra. The actor said, “I feel like Shershaah gave us a lot of love as a couple. So there’s a certain excitement, and people want to see us together.”
Nevertheless, she emphasized that they both hold a great deal of respect for each other as actors. While expressing their eagerness to collaborate, she clarified that any potential project would need to resonate with each of them individually.
The actress continued, “I’ve never really thought of it like, ‘As a couple, how does this work?’ I think we’re individual people first and actors first, so that’s how we would go about looking for something. But yeah, we would love to work together, but it has to excite us equally.”
