This year, the Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE) has revised the KEAM exam pattern. The KEAM 2024 exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode and will consist of a single paper instead of the previous two-paper format.
For engineering courses, the entrance exam will feature a total of 150 questions. These questions will be divided into three sections: Mathematics with 75 questions, Physics with 45 questions, and Chemistry with 30 questions. Candidates will have a total of 180 minutes (3 hours) to complete the exam.
For candidates appearing for the KEAM 2024 BPharm ONLY, the entrance exam will include 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry. These candidates will have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam.
The scoring system for both exams will award four marks for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
